Ethnomusicologist Dr. Trevor Harvey was named a recipient of the 2024 Hubbard-Walder Award for Excellence in Teaching. This honor, bestowed by the university's Council on Teaching, recognizes those "who have demonstrated excellence in a rich variety of university teaching (e.g., undergraduate, graduate or professional, classroom, one-on-one) and contributed to curriculum and/or program development."
